Microsoft steals Kayak's look and feel

Microsoft Bing's travel search engine is a look-and-feel rip-off of competitor Kayak. WIRED noticed this. Newspapers, consultants and users have noticed. So has Kayak.

I'm not sure when Kayak launched, but I know that Farecast (now Bing Travel) has had this layout for years. I definitely wouldn't call it a rip off.

Wow, the resemblance is uncanny! I was about to gooseGrade you for a factual error because I thought M$ had bought Kayak. I guess they haven't.

That's not all Bing steals. Note that when you rest the cursor on a story link title, two or three paragraphs stolen from the story appear in the margin right next to their advertisements.
