The most minimalist PC case ever is... no PC case!

A "PC case" being sold in Japan called the Acrylic Cowboy does everything a regular PC case does, except the encasing part. The Cowboy holds your motherboard, power supply, hard disk and other innards, but without covering it with an actual case.

This is a great gimmick, but really impractical. Water, pets, dust, kids.... basically anything in your home that moves has the potential to kill it. Maybe as an ultra cool show piece in a tech reception or store. Maybe.
