Wouldn't it be more correct to say "Google Street View camera whacks low bridge?" seeing as the bridge is immobile and thus can't whack anything?

That's too weird.
I used to ride my skateboard on my back down Merchant back in '77. We lived at Foster Square Townhouses right to the east of that street. Clark Candy Company building is at the bottom. Three Rivers Stadium was also an excellent skateboard place.
