GPS Wristwatch Has 'Panic Button'

A new gadget called the Lokate Emergency GPS Watch has a "panic button" that, when pressed, sends location and time information to a 24-hour response center. Those messages can also be sent to other people you specify. You can send either "amber alerts," which involve recording a voice message, and "red alerts," which are treated as emergency situations. You can also set up parameters to trigger an alarm if you don't "check in" at a user-determined time. (props to the Red Ferret)
