Paparazzi Stick 'Tracking Device' On TV Star's Car

American Idol judge Simon Cowell claims that a Paparazzi photographer or gossip-rag reporter stuck a tracking device on his Bentley, presumably a GPS tracker. Is this a trend? Will celebrity journalists start using spy gadgets to get their scoops?
