Maybe he just needs the boost!
Give the man some privacy! Who was the horrible person who took the photo? The last thing I want is to take a leak in the men's room where ever, and have somebody sneaking up and taking a photo of me. However, if by some weird chance this photo was staged...meaning Woz approved the concept, then I salute the photographer for not getting too close to the action!
Woz isn't the only person in that bathroom on a segway, look in the bottom left corner. Bad enough that there is one nut job in the bathroom on a segway but why two?
