I say it's an electric Shawarma cutter - that's a stack of sliced turkey meat and the machine puts out smaller slices for a Shawarma sandwich.

The characters "TF. Qa 5" had been digitally manipulated into the front of the device.
Or that the surface was wiped clean then the marking was written over it with a white marker.
If the image is blown-up then it shows the abnormality.

Generally relaying the idea of "ThermoF...?. Quality Assurance (5th Series)" for the purpose of analysis and testing of matterials.
The grill on the side indicates an air draw or cooling mechanism.

It might also be for testing some custom-made cirquit boards with attached wirings for purpose of Thermal resistance test.

Or it may be used for testing the heat resistance of electronic components such as transistors, regulators, etc. while powered live and attached to cirquit.
