I can't help but wondering if they had just taken the money spent filming all of this, set it on fire, and filmed the fire, it would have made more sense than these mediabominaitions.

Last time I laughed like that I was watching an Apple commercial. Hey Jerry and Bill..."Good Jobs!" Get it....LOL...I'm rolling on the floor! Looking forward to the next Apple and Microsoft commercials!

Fistydollars - man, you got a great idea! I would tune in to watch 10 million burn. Or how about this....would this drive everyone bananas or what.....take the 10 million, put it in fresh 20 dollar bills and drop the cash by plane over some poor town and have hidden cameras all over the place to watch people drop whatever they are doing to scoop up the free loot. Of course, all traffic would have to be stopped beforehand....because the money falling might cause some accidents. Anyone else think fistydollars of my trashy idea is better than Microsoft's dreary commercials with Bill and Jerry?

Sorry Pirilampo...have to think with all the reality shows around...this would have been done already...this commercial is funny...as funny as some of the Apple commercials...you make this campaign out as if complete idiots are behind this...the first one was average at best...but this was funny and hopefully they'll get even better. I just want my commercials to entertain me between the show...I know what Microsoft does as I have Vista and I know what Apple does as I have an IPOD. Just entertain me!

That was great. It's classic Seinfeld humor, which also made his sitcom so hugely successful. His humor is the kind that makes you think. If you aren't a thinking person, you won't get it or appreciate what's going on with it. Classic...just classic.

Classic, just classic? Not so much. It's really stupid. The MAC/PC commercials are brilliant. They focus specifically on the products and represent the differences perfectly. And they are humorous. These new Gates/Seinfeld spots are just awful. They make no sense, they are too long, they aren't clever, and they aren't funny. I can't imagine who they are targeting.

I personally loved the second commercial. It was simple, yet the point was delivered.
What point you ask? The point of simplicity. I give props to Microsoft for not directly attacking Apple in their commercials. For the haters here, what type of commercial would have pleased you? Exactly, you would have hated regardless of the content.
