I don't know how many times I try to unlock my door with my car's key-fob, this is cool. I wish i didn't live in an apt.
$13 a month just to be able to keep track of the front door lock seems a bit excessive! I hate the monthly fee business model they try to use for everything nowadays. I'll stick with the key under the flower pot for now.

It's Z-Wave, which is better than nothing. It's posisble a third party application can control it, but you'd be better off with X10 or Insteon IMHO. If you just want a RF controlled doorknob you can get a standalone model here.
