School Allows Phones, iPods During Exams

Presbyterian Ladies' College in Sydney, Australia, is letting students in an English class USE PHONES AND MEDIA PLAYERS DURING EXAMS in which students are graded for persuasive language. All sources must be cited. But how realistic is this scenario? What are the chances after graduation that they'll have access to a cell phone? ; )
