The GSM Association predicts the rollout of LTE mobile broadband that delivers ACTUAL -- NOT THEORETICAL -- SPEEDS OF UP TO 100 Mbps in Japan and South Korea by 2010, Europe by 2012 and the U.S. by... well, he didn't say.
