Cuba Allows Electronics Nobody Can Afford
Cuba has LIFTED THE BAN ON SALES OF PCs, DVDs and other electronics "based on the improved availability of electricity," according to the Cuban government. Nice, but two problems remain: 1) the average Cuban makes less than $25 per month; and 2) home Internet connections are still illegal for everyone but the "ruling class." Most Cubans can't afford to buy anything beyond their meager food rations, so this ruling will probably just anger the public about poverty.

That's a pretty funny picture! Where do you get your stuff?????
At least it is a step in the right direction, things will get better.
I'm glad someone else views this as insulting, rather than "a step in the right direction." It doesn't seem to be a step in any direction, if there aren't any real, practical applications.
Thanks, I agree with you
