Post Gets 250+ Diggs, Still Not 'Popular'
Does anybody know what the record is for the number of Diggs without going "Popular"? This recent post of mine has 257 Diggs without ever hitting page one or going "Popular." IS THIS THE RECORD?

Trying to figure out how to get on the front page of Digg is like trying to explain why there will never be peace in the Middle East.
Think of Digg as a big High School Prom Court. It's a popularity contest. It is not based on who really is deserving but is based on who has the most friends and who is popular in that circle. I could be wrong but that has been my experiences with Digg.
I don't want the front page, now. I'm shooting for the record for most Diggs without popularity. The only problem is, I don't know how to figure out what the current record is. Anyone know how to figure that out?

Sort of like Olympic speed walking?
This is popular with just 276

I just finished digging your article - Should I know bury my vote?
Alex Jones says that Digg 'resets' the count sometimes, based on their prejudice against the content. He claims that some pages have gotten 'thousands' of diggs, but still 'mysteriously' never become popular.
His website is infowars.com

Could it have something to do with the frequency of the votes.
Say if one article gets 250 votes in an hour, is it more popular than an article that gets 300 in 2 days?
I don't use digg, so this is just a thought
You didn't get it because you are a douche. The watch phone is available moron. Would you like to ask why you didn't get into MENSA next?
the digg admins burry posts alot, i had one hit 263 and they burried it for some reason it was about to hit front page but never did

For someone who posted to the wrong article (you want: http://www.therawfeed.com/2008/02/wheres-my-dick-tracy-wristwatch-cell.html )
you sure have some abusive names to call other people.
IMHO, you should be flagged.
Thanx, LD
