A new mouse on sale at USBfever comes complete with BUILT-IN SPEAKER AND MICROPHONE. (props to The Red Ferret Journal)

I would agree that this gadget has little redeeming value, and even more disturbing is you need to disconnet the speaker if you want to use your PC speakers (although I imagine you can do it also through the Control Panel)

Wouldn't use this even if it were free.
