Digg Labs Links On Submit Page Go Nowhere

Digg Labs links on the "Submit New Link" page are bad links. For example, the link URl for "DIGG LABS" goes to "http:///" instead of http://labs.digg.com/; "ARC" goes to "http://arc/" instead of http://labs.digg.com/arc/; "SWARM" goes to "http://swarm/" instead of http://labs.digg.com/swarm/; and "STACK" goes to "http://stack/" instead of http://labs.digg.com/stack/.
