The full head is: "Computer *Retards* Make Money With Breakthrough Home Business Marketing System" -- which represents a new low in press release headline writing. I contacted Lead Traffic Jam CEO Jim Yaghi this morning, who confirmed that the press release is not a hoax, and that the headline is deliberate.
