Yahoo Apologizes to U.S. For Betraying China
Weirdly, a Yahoo executive APOLOGIZED TO THE U.S. CONGRESS yesterday for helping the Chinese government find and arrest journalist Shi Tao, who, thanks to Yahoo, is now serving a 10-year prison sentence. But why Congress? Yahoo should instead have apologized to the Chinese people for selling them out.

Comments:
How do these people sleep at night?
On a bed stuffed with cash.
How in the world can this be called an apology? He's not sorry. Yahoo is not sorry. Only afraid of being found culpable. He didn't apologize in any way, shape, or form. Who wrote the headline? Yahoo News? Good Grief.
Actually, the activists need to perform due diligence in searching for the right medium to execute the activities in a safe manner. Everybody sells, just at a different price. Can anyone guarantee that some other network, even google, will not sell? Don't they says: "Play with the bad boys, you gonna get hurt!" The point is that - trust no one. Buyer Beware, I guess.
man you haven't been paying attention if you can say "even google." they've spent a lot of time helping the Chinese government. See:

you're right khan, i was out of the loop. i just remembered their initial resistance at one point in time (about a year or so ago?), to our very own gov. glad, you cemented the the argument. :-)
So stick it to spineless yahoo for their betrayal of the dissident chinese journalist:If you're a Yahoo user now, cancel; if you're NOT a yahoo user, keep it that way. DUH!
