Syria Blocks Facebook Fearing Israeli 'Infiltration'

Wouldn't it be horrible if we found out that the people we're taught to hate and fear actually had a lot in common with us? Kudos to the Syrians for preventing that travesty from happening, who would we blame for the world's problems if not our enemies?

Mostly what the Memri blog does is summarize in English newspapers articles printed in Arabic, Farsi, Turkish and Hebrew.
