King Juan Carlos of Spain told Venezuela dictator Hugo Chavez "Por qué no te callas!" -- "Why don't you shut up?" -- last week when Chavez repeatedly interrupted Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Zapatero at a summit meeting in Chile. The prime minister was chiding Chavez for calling former Spanish Prime Minister José María Aznar an inhuman fascist, saying the slur was an insult to the Spanish people, who had elected Anzar.
