Medieval Iranian Scientist to be Reborn As Robot

The College of Information Technology at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) in Al Ain, plans to built an ANDROID VERSION of Ibn Sina (a.k.a. Avicenna), the Benjamin Franklin of the medieval Islamic world. The animatronic robot would be the centerpiece of a new Ibn Sina Centre for robotics research.
