Call Center Tech Guesses Age, Gender Of Caller

The German companies Corporate Technology and Siemens are collaborating on call center technology that identifies the AGE AND GENDER OF CALLERS so the system can "more effectively respond to customer’s expectations," which is a euphemism for treating people differently based on age and gender.
