UAE Laws Prohibit iPhone Exclusivity Deals

United Arab Emirates law PROHIBITS the kinds of exclusivity deals Apple is making in each country where it sells the iPhone. So it could be that those trendy jet setters in Dubai will never get iPhones. But, who knows? Maybe some Dubai oil billionaire sheik will buy Apple so he can have an iPhone all his own.
