A new web site called RottenNeighbor.com lets people complain about their neighbors. Enter your zip code and zoom in on the site's Google Maps mashup -- before you buy a house next to a quote-un-quote "ROTTEN NEIGHBOR."

I give it a month before someone sues this website for Libel.
Someone ought to report these two neighbors!

So wait, the website wants you to log in and voluntarily ruin your property value by tattling on the neighbors you can't stand to live next to?
As joel p said, this is a formula for libel and lawsuits.
Not only this, but there doesn't seem to be any way to disagree with other people's assessments of neighbors, or ways to delete moved neighbors.
There are some ideas that are just dumb. This is one of them.
