In-Game Ads, Online Ads Make Kids Fat, Sick

A new book called Generation Digital: Politics, Commerce and Childhood in the Age of the Internet by Kathryn C. Montgomery says that children have become a "coveted consumer demographic" by advertisers, who are bombarding them with subtle, sophisticated advertising for junk food in PC and console video games and on children's web sites. The ads stimulate cravings for junk food in kids, who are not sophisticated enough to understand that they're being marketed to. All this, she argues, contributes to the growing OBESITY EPIDEMIC. It looks like he is saying "Are you gonna eat them fries" or more likely..."¿Te vas a comer las papas fritas?"

Doesn't most Mc Donalds have play area's for the kid's to go play? Shouldn't fattie here go out and play on it? And don't they as well have it that you can pick healthy choices for the children? Why is he macking down on a burger and fattie fries? Now that is bad parenting for yea. DAMN go back to mexico and he will lose it all.
