Ridiculous, amazingly ridiculous. There are other and I think better phones out there that work on other definitely better networks. If anybody should sue Apple it is the share holders who are seeing the device's sales limited by the exclusive deal with a sub par (imho) carrier.
Getting an Iphone has not even crossed my mind because of the AT&T deal.
