Cell Phone Snoopware Now Supports Bluetooth

Cell phone snoopware called Neo-Call now supports BLUETOOTH. After installing the software on a target phone, the software secretly and invisibly records all telephone numbers, voice recordings and text messages used on that phone, and also records the location of the phone when calls are made. Thanks to a recent update, the recorded data can be transfered to your phone via Bluetooth. What could possibly go wrong?

I have a strong suspicion that this has been used on me..by some scumbag club promoters in Miami. I don't suppose there is any recourse? I thought maybe I could eventually take it to someone to detect it on the firmware... but apparantly, you can also (if you're loaded) buy one of these:
