Software Takes Airplane Controls Before Crash
New robotic software called the Automatic Ground Collision Avoidance System (Auto-GCAS) wrenches control from a pilot when the airplane is about to FLY INTO THE GROUND. Then, the software lies the airplane to safety. Auto-GCAS is ready to be installed on a wide range of U.S. fighter aircraft, according to the Pentagon. F-16 Fighting Flacons, F-22 Raptors and F-35 Lightning Joint Strike Fighters are all getting the upgrade.
