Robot Learns to Dance By 'Watching' Video
Tokyo University eggheads working with Japan's Kawada Industries have taught a life-size humanoid robot, called HRP-2 or Promet, to dance by SHOWING IT VIDEO of people dancing. The Journal of Robotics Research reported that video is translated into a limb motion sequence, which is then fed into the robot's electronic brain. Here comes the VIDEO!
