Minnesota Web Site Tells How to Join Al Qaeda

MEMRI reports today that Web sites HOSTED IN MINNESOTA have posted an item called "How to Join Al-Qaeda" which calls on every Muslim to "establish a jihad cell without waiting for recognition from Al-Qaeda." It says that to kill, for example, the American ambassador "takes no more than a gun and a bullet."
