Industrial Robot Shoots Hoops, Never Misses

A pallet stacking robot named Jackie has been programmed to SHOOT BASKETS -- and hasn't missed a free throw yet. The articulated robot palletizer is made by Columbia Okura in Vancouver, Washington, was programmed with hoop skills and given "hands" by Atlanta' "Beck's Hybrids" seed and corn company automation engineer Bob Stuart.

I'm sure that with a little programming it could prevent all baskets by the opposing side, but probably not without injury.
