Google to Map New York Subway System

Google is reportedly working with the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority and New Jersey Transit to create a SUBWAY SUPERSITE based on Google Maps. The site would include schedules and trip planning features. Of course, Google Maps mashups of the subway already exist. The problem is that Google isn't making any money from them.
