Computer Crash Confuses Congress

The voting system used by the U.S. House of Representatives "MALFUNCTIONED" at around 2pm today, holding up the vote for some 45 minutes. Votes were still tallied, but they could not be displayed. Representatives usually employ a herd mentality, and use the votes of other members as guides for how to vote themselves. Left with no other option but to vote without the influence of politics shocked the politicians and led to "protracted squabbles." Here comes the VIDEO!
