China's Military Building Cyber-War Viruses

China's military, the "People's Liberation Army" (PLA), is building cyberwarfare units and CREATING VIRUSES for attacking an enemy's computer systems, according to a Pentagon report released Friday. The attacks appear to be aimed at a coming military takeover of Taiwan, as well as at the United States, which would protect Taiwan.

How bout you re-phrase the word China's Military Plans to Pirates Someone's Virus instead of building or creating. Those Chinese are at very best on piracy. Why use the word built when they do prefer the word pirates.

Piracy is a good word for it. Why do we buy anything from China-Mart? .90 cents on the dollar that makes it into China's pocket goes to their Military Industrial Complex, who produce most everything marked 'Made in China'. Every corp. from the U.S. has a Chinese armed guard on their production floor, and in their board meetings.
