So Cal Gang Banger Ex Cons to Get GPS
The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors this week voted to request from California Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger funding to test police-monitored GPS units for PAROLED GANG BANGERS. The idea is to keep ex con bangers from returning to their former neighborhoods after prison. San Bernardio County is the largest in the U.S. -- bigger than the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Delaware combined. It also borders Los Angeles County, but has a fraction of the population. Still, the country is home to some 300 gangs and about 13,000 gang members.

I propose putting convicted gang bangers on the Internet just like sex offenders are.
Gang's should be labeled as terrorist organizations and treated as such. We spend a lot of resources (billions/month) overseas to combat terrorism and we should the same here at home. These organizations are week, built on fear, greed and ignorance. A part of the fight against them needs to be providing opportunities for the young men and women of these gang infested communities. The environment in which they live in is years deep of non educated parents, poor, no social skills, no role models, no presumed future but gang membership. These communities can be shelf sufficient and prosperous with the right programs. As for the hard core criminals that are repeat offenders, send them to Guantanamo Bay with the other terrorists. That way they have no control over prisons and communities. It is ridiculous that these dumb fools have so much control over public communities and government run prisons.
