Radical New Airplane Modeled After Tuna Fish

A group of European designers and companies are working together on a RADICAL NEW APPROACH to the general aviation aircraft. Called the SmartFish, the airplane is designed to fly with dramatically improved stability, safety and fuel economy -- all without flaps and with a minimum of moving parts.
