New Mexico Voters Approve Tourist Spaceport Tax

Voters in an obscure corner of New Mexico called Dona Ana County have approved new taxes to pay for a $198 million SPACEPORT dedicated to space tourism. The port's first tenant: British millionaire Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic, which plans to charge some $200,000 per person for tickets to space on flights that start launching in just two years.
