New Gaming Input Device Reads Your Mind
Silicon Valley-based NeuroSky is working on a gaming input device that READS YOUR BRAIN WAVES to affect game play. For example, "Adding biofeedback to 'Tiger Woods PGA Tour,' for instance, could mean that only those players who muster Zen-like concentration could nail a put. In the popular action game 'Grand Theft Auto,' players who become nervous or frightened would have worse aim than those who remain relaxed and focused. The company built a prototype that works with the Nintendo Wii, Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360. They intend to ship products next year.
