Mexican Drug Cartels Use YouTube

The Washington Post reports that violent MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS are using Google's YouTube "as a powerful means of transmitting threats, recruiting members and glorifying the narco-trafficker lifestyle of big money, big guns and big thrills." They're posting threats to their enemies, murders, videos of victims, "recruitment" propaganda and even songs that brag about violent exploits. What's Google's responsibility here?
