The End of a Non-Era: Dell Kills Axim

As part of its effort to undercut HP with cheaper peripherals and handhelds, Dell launched its Axim PDA five years ago. Since then, consumers have jumped on the smartphone bandwagon, and have abandoned PDAs like Axim and the HP iPAQ. Today, Dell PULLED THE PLUG forever on the Axim -- and any future PDAs.
