I told you January 3 that NBC greenlit a remake of the 1970s era TV show, "The Bionic Woman." Today NBC announced that British actress Michelle Ryan will play the LEAD ROLE. Although now destined for geek-lust stardom, Ryan is best known in other circles (namely British female circles) as "Zoe" on the BBC soap opera, "EastEnders."

From what I have seen of Eastenders (and it's not much), she acted like most of the actors on the show, i.e. a robot, so well done, perfect casting..
They should sign Nancy McKeon to play her mom.
