Robots Choose iTunes Over Pirated Music...
Not! Swiss eggheads at the University of Fèdèrale de Lausanne have invented swarming robots that communicate and evolve. When given the choice, for example, between pirated, illegally downloaded music, or those purchased legally through iTunes, five out of six robots choose iTunes. At least that's what a video demonstrating the research appears to show. In the video, robots choose "food" over "poison," communicate the preference and evolve. But "food" is represented by the Apple logo, for some reason, and "poison" by the universal symbol of piracy -- the skull and crossbones. Sure, the researcher is interesting -- but not nearly as funny as their unintentional Apple ad! Also interesting is that in a press photo promoting the research, the Apple logo has been doctored (the bite is removed). Here comes the VIDEO!

Comments:
Though the Skull and Cross bones is the symbol for Piracy, it is also the symbol of poison. But the bit apple would seem to be an apple ad, they seem to have become aware after the fact and thus touched up their static image.
