The general in charge of rolling out next-generation military technology, Maj. Gen. Charles A. Cartwright, jokes that the Army's Future Combat Systems program -- which is testing a wide range of new military gadgets -- are so much fun the testers DON'T WANT TO GIVE THEM BACK when the tests are complete. I don't blame them. I don't know what this thing is, but I want one.
