Student Invention Tells When to Replace Sneakers
Two Babson College MBA students have received grant of $11,500 from the National Collegiate Inventors & Innovators Alliance and the Lemelson Foundations to develop their invention into a product. Called the Stridekick, the invention is a kind of DISPOSABLE ODOMETER for sneakers that helps customers "to make a more informed and healthier decision about replacing the shoes." In other words, helps companies sell more sneakers.
