SanDisk Forced To Remove MP3 Players
SanDisk was FORCED by German authorities today to remove all MP3 players from booth display at the Berlin consumer electronics show IFA. The crackdown results from a complaint by the Italian patent-management company Sisvel, which claims that Silicon Valley-based SanDisk violates their patents in some of its players. SanDisk says it does not use Sisvel technology. The PATENT WAR is currently being waged in multiple courts in Europe and the U.S.
