I told you June 13 about a project by Germany's Fraunhofer Institute to build solar panels for cell phones and other gadgets. Silly me -- I thought this technology was still in the lab. It turns out that Google co-founder Sergey Brin already OWNS AND USES ONE, according to The Times newspaper. (props to ValleyWag)
