The $255 e-Anchorage, from a company called Pacific Outdoor Equipment, offers a waterproof man bag (sounds weird, I know, but it sounds better than "man sack") that features a SOLAR PANEL for charging your gadgets. Best of all, you can plug in and charge with a USB connector (as well as a 12v car connector). I want one.

Actually it's the E-Vancouver and it's priced for $199 at pacoutdoor.com
It looks like the e-Vancouver and e-Anchorage are two different versions -- the e-Vancouver has one solar panel and the e-Anchorage has two.
