First-Ever Bendable RFID Tag Created

Japan's Semiconductor Energy Laboratory Company and TDK have created what they say is the worl'd first-ever BENDABLE RFID TAG, which is so thin it could be built into paper cards, such as business cards. The tag is passive, so no battery is required.
