New Robot Kills Ticks

Three engineering students at the Virginia Military Institute have invented a robot that KILLS ticks. The robot is similar to automatic lawn-mowing or floor-cleaning robots in that it rolls over a limited area on a scheduled basis. But instead of cutting or sucking, the tick-killing robot drags a chemical-soaked piece of denim, which ticks can't resist.
