Cosmonauts Mod Space Suit Into Satellite

Russian space geniuses -- who are much more experienced at improvising than well-funded NASA astronauts -- have come up with the idea of using a space suit to serve as an ORBITING SATELLITE that will trasmit environmental data back to Earth. NASA is putting it together. Anyone with an FM radio and a big antenna can listen in. The "SuitSat" will be tossed from the Space Station into orbit February 3.
