Company Offers Free Kid's GPS Cell Phone

I've been reporting on new developments in this CELL PHONE FOR KIDS for almost a year (here, here and here). The latest development is that a company in the UK is now giving them away -- and not charging for the GPS locator service. They do charge for calls, but at standard rates. The UK company calls the phone the "TeddyFone," though the same Chinese phone has been called the "i-Care Baby Bear" phone and the "Kare" phone in Asia.
